This tells you how efficient they are, and that is one good reason to invest with them. Once I was trading with a financial company, and because I was new to trading, I made all sorts of mistakes. But FXRally has been in operation for more than ten years, so they know what they are doing when it comes to financing.
- One good thing about this brokerage is that they have training programs and courses you can take advantage of. Learning how to trade is not an easy job, and that is why these courses are available. Negative features
Just like in every other service in the world, there are always some bad apples out there; and in this case, both good and bad things about FXRally have to be shared.
- One of the negative parts of this brokerage is that they don’t have a lot of educational materials to help new investors. Of course, they have training programs and courses that can help you, but if you are into YouTube tutorials, then I’m sorry to tell you they don’t have a lot of them there. Some people like to find out as much as possible about trading on YouTube so they can keep track of their clients’ movements and activities. But I know for a fact that they do have some training courses about the different financial markets, and maybe in time, they will produce more educational materials to help you.
- As I also said earlier in this FXRally review, their customer support is not bad but could improve a bit if possible. You can get answers from them within minutes at any time of the day. But I think they can improve on this because, in the financial world, it is very important that you get a quick response when you email them.
- They do not offer an app for mobile devices, so you may have to access the website by using your smartphone browser. A lot of people like having an app on their smartphones because it makes life easier for them. But in this case, I don’t think there is any need for an app when you can easily access their website through your phone browser.
- Another thing that I did not like about FXRally is that they don’t have a lot of educational materials for new investors. They do offer courses but not a lot of them, and some people prefer to get more information from YouTube videos before signing up with a company.
In spite of all the negatives here in my FXRally review, I would still say that this is one of the best companies you can choose to invest in. They are not perfect, but they do try their best to make your experience positive enough for you to come back again and again in the future. I would also like to state here that this company is a pleasure to work with. They are very helpful and understanding, so you don’t have to worry about being mistreated. I have been with them for a while now, and you can see that they are very professional in what they do.
